How to Order?

Step 1) Register as BUYER user - At top right corner, look for . Click it and start to create your username and fill up the particulars. Once done, meaning you have created a BUYER user in our website.

Step 2) Shopping at Newfroggy.com - Shop around for the items that you like. For example, this is the item you like to purchase : Waterproof Bag for Digital Camera

If you have spotted this item and want to buy 1 piece, you click . Then you will see a screen pops up and inform you you have successfully added this item into your shopping cart. At the same time, you can find at the top left area, where it will show a"1 Item(s)" and subtotal : RM36.50. Meaning you have selected this item and put into your shopping cart already.

(* Step 3) - Knowing the courier cost - If you want to know the courier cost, you can click the "1 Item(s)", and then you can see what item is being added into your shopping cart. You can also see "calculate shipping cost". Simply select the where is your state/location,  press "get rate" and you can know the courier cost. If you are in Peninsular malaysia. It will cost RM6 for the courier cost. Total will be RM 36.50 + 6.

Step 4) Place Order - Click "Checkout". You can click at the top left side "Checkout", which is just besides the subtotal. Then it will lead you to Secure Checkout page. If you have not logged in yet, then sign in with the username and password and follow the on screen instructions, and press "sign in". 2nd section is to confirm your address. Go through it and check if the info is correct and then 3rd section and 4th section with the on-screen details till the last step. You have completed the order placing.

Step 5) Receive a confirmation email of your order - Once you have completed step 4, you will receive an email by Newfroggy.com, providing you the bank details. So, check for your email.

Step 6) Make Payment - Buyer to make payment. Once you have done on payment, kindly send us a short email informing us. (Otherwise, we do not know that you have made payment)

Step 7) Delivery Arrangement - Newfroggy will arrange shipment to you once payment confirmation, and send you the courier tracking number once the goods is collected by courier man.

Step 8) Goods receiving - Buyer receives parcel from courier company.
