How to install Saddle & Nut?

• Start by removing the strings and bridge pins. you could also use a simple string winder to complete this task. After removing your strings, the saddle should just come out of the slot without any trouble. If it does get stuck, take out gently
• The next step is seeing how the saddle blank fits into the bridge slot. If you find yours isn’t fitting, you don’t want to force it in. You may get ready to do minor cutting or take a piece of sandpaper, put it on a flat surface, and use that to get the right thickness. Sands the saddle evenly on both sides until she finds the right fit. 
• You now need to make sure the length fits properly as well. If it’s too long, you can cut or sand the sides, making sure you’re doing so at a 90 degree angle, and rounding it over a little bit.
• Next is to get the proper height for the saddle. Take the old saddle as reference. Lay it across the top of the new saddle. Sand saddle to height. This is important because you want more contact at the bottom of your saddle with the bottom of the saddle slot. 
• The final step of installing a new classical saddle is checking the string height. You may want to use a fritz ruler or ordinary ruler for this task. Once it is in right measurement, your guitar is now ready to go
