• Remark : When doing the adjustment, unscrew the middle lock hoop before pulling to extend the stick length and tighten it back after completed.

The use of crutches :

1. Make sure the crutch is adjusted to suit your height.
2. Adjusted to an elbow to feel comfortable angle.
3. Wrist is close to the top of the crutch.
4. Keep your arms drop, elbow bent at 30 degrees, the wrist be able to come into contact with the top of the crutch.
5. Wrong setting may cause losing in balance.
