How to Adjust Height:

• Firstly, unlock the Black plastic part locking mechanism by turning it. 
• Use round and sharp item to push/press the spring button and then simultanously twisting the stick
• Adjust the height needed by pulling out gently
  
• Once height is determine, twist the spring button back to position hole
• Turn the black plastic part to lock it.
