Allergan Refresh Plus 30's

Contents:

Carboxymethylcellulose sodium.

Excipients:

Calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium lactate and purified water.

The eye drops also contains the Refresh Plus is supplied in sterile, preservative-free, disposable, single-use containers.

Indications:

For the temporary relief of burning, irritation and discomfort due to dryness of the eye or due to exposure to wind or sun. It may also be used as a protectant against further irritation.

Dosage:

Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

Administration:

Do not let the unit dose tip touch the eye.

Special Precautions:

To avoid contamination, do not let the tip of the container touch any surface. Do not reuse. Once opened, discard. If the following is experienced: Eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for >72 hrs, discontinue use and consult the doctor.

If the solution changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use.

Do not touch unit-dose tip to eye.

Storage:

Store at room temperature.
