Efalex® liquid contains DHA & AA from DHA-rich fish oil and GLA from evening primrose oil. The high oleic sunflower oil maintains the balance between Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids in the oil. The added vitamin E and thyme oil serve to prevent the oxidation of the essential lipids, which is necessary for preserving the quality of the fatty acids.

Supplementation with Efalex® liquid fortifies one's diet with essential fatty acid derivatives, AA, DHA and GLA.

Dosage:

Adult and Children (aged 5 and above): Take 5ml twice daily with food (2 teaspoons)

Children (2-5 yrs): Take 5ml daily with food (1 teaspoon)
